Our Philosophy on your day

You have so many things to consider when you are planning your event or wedding that we don’t want you to have to compromise your preferences for some package that we have developed. We offer suggestions in our menu. We will accommodate you in any way possible.

We will sit down with you and talk about the things that are important to you. Once we see your dream we will suggest various ways to accomplish it. Experience tells us that you will stress over something you don’t have to and forgot something quite important. Whether you decide to have your event here or somewhere else, we are happy to talk to you at any time.

Our house and grounds give us a decided advantage over some other venues. When your guests pull up to this old Victorian home and are met by our parking staff and greeted by one of our servers dressed in period costume (if you so choose) the stage is set for them to leave very impressed.

We excel at making it all look easy. If we are serving 50 or 500, our service just flows. We want you and your guests to be relaxed and gently smothered in extraordinary service. Our servers are all chosen not only for their experience but just as importantly, their attitude. You will never be searching for someone to “fix” something. We have a “senior server” assigned to every fifty people. Our staff are all hand picked and experienced. It has to be this way to ensure that your event makes you wish you could do this again and again.

An overview of our services

We offer a full service facility and will do as much or as little as you like for your event or wedding. Catering is all done through our in-house staff. We will not risk your special day. Our menus are on the following pages.

In addition to the food we offer the following:

1. Coordinate the rental of all necessary items
2. Service Staffing
3. Entertainment from DJ and master of ceremonies to full band; not only for your reception but for the ceremony as well.
4. Full bar or wine and beer
5. Flowers and arrangements; even if your ceremony is off site
6. Hotel needs for out-of-town guests
7. Limousine services
8. Rehearsal for your ceremony and dinner at our facility or others
9. Decoration of tent and mansion
10. Audio visual needs
11. Valet parking
12. Horse and Carriage The list goes on but you get the idea. Tell us what you need and we will handle it from there.

Corporate parties, Weddings, Sweet Sixteen, Family reunions and Celebrations of Life for funeral services; we can do what you want when you want.

You will find pricing on the next few pages but we can’t stress enough, we have the experience to create whatever you need and your budget allows.
